43Evidence of determination

#### 43 Evidence of determination Without prejudice to any other method available by law for the proof of determinations of the Tribunal, a document purporting to be a copy of such a determination, and purporting to be certified by the Tribunal Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson to be a true copy of the determination, is, in any proceeding, prima facie evidence of the determination.
