Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Determination sets the fortnightly productivity contribution amounts that apply to PSS members for the 2019–2020 financial year. It substitutes a table of four salary bands — using fixed fortnightly amounts for the lowest and mid-high bands and percentage-based contributions (3% or 2%) for other bands — calculated from the employee’s fortnightly salary (section 3). The instrument was made by the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation delegate under rule 4.3.3 and takes effect from 1 July 2019 (preamble; section 2).
