Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Determination sets the fortnightly productivity contribution rates that apply to PSS members for the 2014–2015 financial year by substituting new amounts into the PSS Rules table (s.3; Rule 4.3.2/4.3.3). It takes effect from 1 July 2014 (s.2) and was made by a Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation delegate. Contributions are deducted from employees’ fortnightly salary: fixed dollar amounts for lower pay bands and percentage-based amounts (3% or 2%) for higher pay bands (s.3).
