Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Determination replaces the fortnightly productivity contribution rates used under the PSS Rules for the 2011–12 financial year, effective 1 July 2011. It prescribes four salary bands: two fixed fortnightly amounts ($57.46 and $92.58) and two bands calculated as a percentage of fortnightly salary (3% and 2%). The change affects PSS members (who bear the contributions) and payroll administrators (who must apply the new rates); it was made by a delegate under Rules 5.6.5 and 5.7.7.
