Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Determination updates the PSS productivity contribution table for the 2010–11 financial year by substituting new fortnightly thresholds, fixed amounts and percentage bands into the Rule 4.3.2 table. It was made by a delegate under the PSS Rules and takes effect from 1 July 2010 (cl.2–3).

Employees (and the employers who remit contributions) pay either the specified fortnightly dollar amounts or a percentage (3% or 2%) of fortnightly salary depending on the salary band, changing payroll calculation and employer reporting.
