Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Determination, made by the PSS Board delegate, sets the fortnightly “productivity contribution” amounts payable by members of the Public Sector Superannuation (PSS) scheme for the 2006–07 financial year, effective 1 July 2006. It substitutes new entries into the table in Rules B4.3.2/B4.3.3: some bands use fixed fortnightly amounts and others use percentage rates (3% or 2%) of fortnightly salary. Members pay the contributions via payroll deductions; the delegate prescribes the specific rates.
