2. Amendment

2.1 Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration

No. 42 is amended as set out in this Declaration.

3. Schedule (Persons to whom section 6 of the 1990 Act does not

apply)

3.1 Item 20:

Add at the end:

“; and (c) who has not asked to be treated as a PSS member.”.
