I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister of State for Finance, hereby make the following Declaration for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of "approved authority" in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Commencement
2. This Declaration is taken to have had effect from and including 1 August 1990.
Approved Authority
3. The Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation is an approved authority for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1990.
