#### 99C Buy‑sell spreads and switching fees to be charged on a cost recovery basis (1) If the trustee, or the trustees, of a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund charge a buy‑sell spread or a switching fee, the fee must be no more than it would be if it were charged on a cost recovery basis. (2) The regulations may prescribe the way in which a buy‑sell spread or a switching fee charged on a cost recovery basis is to be worked out.
