#### 80A Division not applicable to certain funds A superannuation fund is taken not to have been required to comply with this Division in respect of a year of income if: (a) Division 3A applied to the fund in respect of that year of income; and (b) an actuary has certified that the fund complied with that Division in respect of that year of income.
