#### 70A The Regulator may determine a person to be a standard employer‑sponsor (1) For the purposes of this Part, the Regulator may determine in writing that a person, who is not a standard employer‑sponsor of a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning of subsection 16(2), is taken to be a standard employer‑sponsor of the fund. (2) If the Regulator makes a determination under subsection (1) or revokes a determination so made, the Regulator must as soon as practicable after making or revoking the determination, inform a trustee of the regulated superannuation fund concerned, in writing, of the making or revocation of the determination.
