#### 54C Other covenants must not be contravened (1) A person must not contravene any other covenant contained, or taken to be contained, in the governing rules of a superannuation entity. (2) A contravention of subsection (1) is not an offence. (3) A contravention of subsection (1) does not result in the invalidity of a transaction. (4) This section does not limit the operation of section 55. > Note: A contravention of subsection (1) may result in an action to recover loss or damage under section 55.
