#### 29VC Activity fees and insurance fees to be charged on a cost recovery basis (1) If the trustee, or the trustees, of a regulated superannuation fund charge an activity fee or an insurance fee to a member in relation to a MySuper product, the fee must be no more than it would be if it were charged on a cost recovery basis. (2) The regulations may prescribe the way in which an activity fee or an insurance fee charged on a cost recovery basis is to be worked out.
