Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Declaration replaces the table in section 110C(1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 for the 1998–99 financial year, specifying fortnightly productivity‑contribution amounts and percentage rules for four salary bands. It affects members of the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme (CSS) by changing the fortnightly contribution amounts that apply to their salaries for that year. The change is mechanical: it substitutes numeric rates and percentage formulas under the delegate’s authority (s.110D).
