12Section 15(2) of the *Superannuation and Family Benefits Act Amendment Act 1976* (No. 134 of 1976) reads as follows —

12 Section 15(2) of the *Superannuation and Family Benefits Act Amendment Act 1976* (No. 134 of 1976) reads as follows — “ (2) The State share of pension payable to a person to whom subsection (4) of section sixty of the principal Act applied immediately before the date on which the *Superannuation and Family Benefits Act Amendment Act 1976* received the Royal Assent shall, with effect from the first pension pay day after that date, be increased to the amount which it would have been had the amendments to that subsection effected by that Act been in operation when the person retired. ”. 13 Previously *Western Australian Institute of Technology Act 1966* (short title changed by No. 96 of 1986 s. 11) then previously *Curtin University of Technology Act 1966* (short title changed by No. 32 of 2016 s. 6).
