34 Supplementary amount
(1) For a Category 1, 3, 4 or 7 elector, the supplementary amount is the amount of benefit to which the person was entitled under the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 on the date the election takes effect.
(2) For a Category 2, 5 or 6 elector, the supplementary amount is the amount of benefit to which the person was entitled under Schedule 3 to the trust deed governing the electricity superannuation scheme on the date the election takes effect.
