14 Status of employers
(1) A transferred employer is taken not to be an employer in respect of a transferred member for the purposes of an Act establishing an STC scheme or FTC scheme.
(2) This clause applies only to a transferred employer who is an “Employer” within the meaning of the trust deed establishing the electricity superannuation scheme and who is bound by the terms of the trust deed.
