#### 94 Recovery of amounts payable by STC 94 Recovery of amounts payable by STC > > (1) Any charge, fee or money due to STC may be recovered by STC as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), STC may recover any money owing to it under this or any other Act, together with interest on the money, as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction. > > > (3) Interest at a rate from time to time determined by STC is payable on any amount of money owing to it under this or any other Act calculated from the date on which the amount became due for payment until the date on which the amount is recovered or is otherwise paid.
