#### 73 Duties of members of STC Board 73 Duties of members of STC Board > > (1) A member of the STC Board must exercise a reasonable degree of care and diligence for the purposes of ensuring that STC carries out the duties referred to in section 51. > > > (2) For the purposes of this section, a reasonable degree of care and diligence is the degree of care and diligence that a reasonable person in the position of the member would exercise in STC’s circumstances.
