#### 72 Employee representative members 72 Employee representative members > > (1) The members of the STC Board appointed as employee representatives are to be nominated by Unions NSW. > > > (2) Unions NSW must not nominate a person to be a member unless it has consulted with organisations representing members of the STC schemes. > > > (3) If Unions NSW fails to nominate persons for the purposes of this section within the period specified in a written request by the Minister to do so, the Minister may appoint a member or members as employee representatives.
