#### 16 Transfer of staff from repealed bodies 16 Transfer of staff from repealed bodies > > (1) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that a member of staff of the SAS Board is to be taken to be an employee of FTC or STC by virtue of this clause. > > > (2) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that a member of staff of the PSES Board is to be taken to be an employee of FTC or STC by virtue of this clause. > > > (3) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that a member of staff of the Corporation is to be taken to be an employee of SAA or AFMC by virtue of this clause. > > > (4) In this section, a reference to a member of staff includes a reference to an employee of another Government agency whose services are being made use of by virtue of the 1991 Act or the [Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1989-106).
