128B Part has effect despite other Acts and trust deeds
This Part, including regulations made under this Part, has effect despite any provision of—
(a) an Act under which an STC scheme is constituted, or
(b) the trust deeds constituting the following—
(i) the electricity industry superannuation scheme,
(ii) the local government superannuation scheme,
(iii) a successor fund.
