I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Superannuation (Additional Pension) Regulations 2004.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3 Superannuation (Additional Pension) Regulations — repeal

The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

 1976 No. 158

 1978 No. 141.

4 Definition

In these Regulations:

Act means the Superannuation Act 1976.
