#### 47 Delegation by Minister The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of his or her powers under this Act or the regulations to: (a) CSC or an employee of CSC; or (aa) a director (within the meaning of the Governance of Australian Government Superannuation Schemes Act 2011); or (b) an officer of the Department.
