#### 44A Declarations etc. by Minister or CSC If a provision of this Act refers to a declaration or determination made or other thing done by the Minister or CSC and there is no other provision in this Act expressly authorising the Minister or CSC to make such a declaration or determination or do such a thing, the Minister or CSC, as the case may be, is, and is taken to have at all times been, authorised to make such a declaration or determination or do such a thing.
