#### 22 Functions and powers (1) The functions and powers of CSC in relation to the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme and the PSS Fund are those set out in the Trust Deed. (2) CSC is also responsible for the general administration of this Act. > Note: For other functions of CSC, see section 8 of the Governance of Australian Government Superannuation Schemes Act 2011.
