#### 54K Determination of requests, payments and rehabilitation programs to be in accordance with the Rules for the administration of the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 12 of the Rules for the administration of the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme apply in relation to a person to whom a request under section 54E relates as if: (aa) any reference in those Divisions to an approved medical practitioner were a reference to an approved medical practitioner within the meaning of this Act; and (b) any reference in Division 2 to a fortnightly rate of salary were a reference to a fortnightly rate of salary within the meaning of this Act; and (ba) the reference in paragraph 12.2.4(c) to a member were a reference to an eligible employee within the meaning of this Act; and (c) any reference in rule 12.2.5 to partial invalidity pension were a reference to partial invalidity pension within the meaning of this Act; and (d) subparagraph 12.2.5(c)(i) were amended by omitting “exercised the option under rule 4.3.4” and substituting “made an election under section 68, 69, 71 or 72; and (e) rule 12.2.6 were omitted and the following rule substituted: “12.2.6 The amount applicable to a member for the purposes of paragraph 12.2.5(b) or subparagraph 12.2.5(c)(ii) is 50% of the fortnightly rate of salary applicable to the person.”; and (f) rule 12.2.7 were omitted.
