#### 110F Inclusion of certain employees (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, declare an eligible employee described in subparagraph (a)(i), (ii) or (iii) of the definition of productivity employee in section 110A to be a productivity employee for the purposes of this Part. (2) A declaration under this section takes effect from such day, not earlier than 1 July 1990, as is specified in it.
