#### 110E Exclusion of certain employees (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, declare that a specified class of eligible employees are not to be productivity employees for the purposes of this Part. (2) The Minister is only to make a declaration about a class of employees if he or she is satisfied that those employees are entitled to productivity related benefits. (3) A declaration under this section takes effect from such day, not earlier than 1 July 1990, as is specified in it.
