#### 93DE Ministerial Orders (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make Orders prescribing matters required or permitted by this Part to be prescribed. (2) Despite anything in regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 44(2)(b) of the Legislation Act 2003, section 42 (disallowance) of that Act applies to an Order made under subsection (1) of this section.
