92Payments out of Consolidated Revenue Fund to Provident Account

#### 92 Payments out of Consolidated Revenue Fund to Provident Account (1) In respect of a payment made under subsection (1) of section 82 or subsection (1) of section 83, the Commonwealth shall pay to the Provident Account an amount equal to two‑thirds of the payment. (2) In respect of a payment made under subsection (2) of section 82 or subsection (2) of section 83, the Commonwealth shall pay to the Provident Account an amount equal to the sum of: (a) two‑thirds of the amount (in paragraph (b) referred to as the base amount) that would have been the amount of the payment if the payment had been made under subsection (1) of section 82 or subsection (2) of section 83; and (b) the amount by which the amount of the payment exceeds the base amount. (3) This section does not have effect on and after 1 July 1976.
