58Payments to children

#### 58 Payments to children (1) Where pensions in respect of children are payable under this Act to a widow or widower, the pensions shall, if the widow or widower dies, be payable to the guardians of the children. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, any money payable under this Act in respect of a child may, at the discretion of the Commissioner for Superannuation, be paid to the guardian of the child or expended by the Commissioner for Superannuation for the benefit of the child.
