#### 35B Order in which reduction of contributory units to take effect Where, by reason of the operation of subsection (8A), or paragraph (c) of subsection (9), of section 20, or section 21, or of the making of an election under subsection (2) of section 20B, the number of units of pension for or in respect of which a contributor is required to contribute is reduced, any reduction that is required to be made in the number of units for which he is a contributor shall be effected by reducing those units in the reverse of the order in which he became liable to contribute for those units.
