149ADelegation by Public Service Board

#### 149A Delegation by Public Service Board (1) The Public Service Board may, either generally or otherwise as provided in the instrument of delegation, by instrument in writing, delegate to an officer of the Public Service of the Commonwealth all or any of its powers and functions under subsection (5) of section 4 and subsection (2) of section 5. (2) A power or function so delegated may be exercised or performed by the delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation. (3) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the Public Service Board.
