142Returns

#### 142 Returns (1) The Board may at any time require the Commonwealth or an approved authority to furnish such returns with respect to its employees as the Board decides, and may at any time require any employee to furnish such information as the Board deems necessary for the purpose of any investigation in connexion with the Fund. (2) Any employee who, without reasonable excuse (proof whereof shall lie with him) fails to furnish the information required of him under this Act commits an offence. Penalty for a contravention of this subsection: 1 penalty unit.
