#### 137 Provisions in respect of a fraction of a unit Where, under this Act: (a) contributions are payable in respect of a fraction of a unit of pension, those contributions shall be in proportion to that fraction; and (b) pension is payable in respect of a fraction of a unit of pension, that pension shall be in proportion to that fraction.
