133BReview by the Administrative Review Tribunal

#### 133B Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for: (a) review of a decision of CSC that has been confirmed or varied by CSC under paragraph 127(5)(a) or (b); and (b) review of a decision of CSC that has been confirmed or varied by a Reconsideration Advisory Committee under paragraph 130(1)(a); and (c) review of a decision of CSC that has been confirmed or varied by CSC under paragraph 133A(1)(c) or (d).
