#### 107G Preservation of other superannuation rights In the application of Division 2 of Part XA to and in relation to a prescribed employee, a reference in that Division to the number of units of pension for which he would, but for that Division, be required to contribute to the Fund shall be read as not including the number of units of pension for which he is contributing to the Fund by virtue of subsection (3), or paragraph (b) of subsection (6), of section 107C.
