sec.67 Delegations
The authority may delegate a function of the authority, other than a function under part 3 , to— an appointed member; or the chief executive officer; or an appropriately qualified person. The chief executive officer may delegate the chief executive officer’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified staff member of the authority. In this section— function includes power. (sec.67-ssec.1) The authority may delegate a function of the authority, other than a function under part 3 , to— an appointed member; or the chief executive officer; or an appropriately qualified person.
