sec.57 Annual report

This section applies to each annual report the authority is required to prepare and give to the Minister under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 . The annual report must include the following— a copy of any Ministerial directions given during the year to which the annual report relates (the year ); details about projects undertaken during the year to implement the waterways management strategy; a statement about how the authority performed its functions during the year compared with the expected performance for the year under the authority’s waterways management program; any other matter prescribed by regulation for this section. This section does not limit the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
