sec.46 Conditions of appointment
The chief executive officer is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. For matters not provided for under this Act or stated in the chief executive officer’s instrument of appointment, the chief executive officer holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council.
