sec.42 Establishment of committees
The board may establish 1 or more committees to assist in the performance of the board’s functions. The members of a committee of the board are the appointed members decided by the board. Subject to the directions of the board, a committee of the board may conduct its proceedings, including its meetings, as it considers appropriate.
