sec.37 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson must preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, the following member must preside— the appointed member chosen by the chairperson; if the chairperson has not chosen a person to preside in their absence—the appointed member chosen by the members present. (sec.37-ssec.1) The chairperson must preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. (sec.37-ssec.2) If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, the following member must preside— the appointed member chosen by the chairperson; if the chairperson has not chosen a person to preside in their absence—the appointed member chosen by the members present.
- (a) the appointed member chosen by the chairperson;
