sec.19 Consultation
In developing a waterways management program, the authority must take reasonable steps to— engage in public consultation; and consult with— Maritime Safety Queensland; and the Moreton Bay City Council; and the Noosa Shire Council; and the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
- (a) engage in public consultation; and
- (b) consult with— (i) Maritime Safety Queensland; and (ii) the Moreton Bay City Council; and (iii) the Noosa Shire Council; and (iv) the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
