6E Objectives of Subdivision The objectives of this Subdivision are— (a) to maintain the fundamental right to engage in peaceful protest; and (b) to protect the ability of persons to exercise that right without risk of injury; and (c) to promote public safety and to prevent injury and serious risks to public safety at public protests.
