65 Transitional provision—Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022
(1) Section 38B as inserted by the **Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022** applies to an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the repeal of sections 12 and 13 of the **Sex Work Act 1994**.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one on or after the repeal of sections 12 and 13 of the **Sex Work Act 1994**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that repeal.
