59 Procedure Unless otherwise expressly provided all charges for or in respect of offences against this Act shall be heard and determined by the Magistrates' Court. No. 6337 s. 204. S. 60 amended by Nos 7876 s. 2(3), 57/1989 s. 3(Sch. item 190.35(a)(b)), 68/2009 s. 97(Sch. item 115.18).
