51E Review of certain amendments
(1) The Attorney-General must cause a review to be conducted of the operation of the amendments made—
(a) by section 3 of the **Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025** to the **Crimes Act 1958**; and
(b) by sections 7 and 10 of the **Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025** to this Act.
(2) The review must be commenced no later than 2 years after the day on which Part 3 of the **Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025** comes into operation.
(3) The Attorney-General must cause a copy of the review to be laid before each House of the Parliament no later than 14 sitting days after receiving it.
