41T Issue of search warrant by magistrate
(1) Section 465 of the **Crimes Act 1958** applies to and in respect of an offence against section 41Q(1) of this Act as if it were an indictable offence.
(2) The other provisions of Subdivision (31) of Division 1 of Part III of the **Crimes Act 1958** apply in relation to a warrant issued under section 465 of that Act, as applied by subsection (1), as if an offence against section 41Q(1) of this Act were an indictable offence.
