41J Definitions ***child*** means a person under the age of 18 years; S. 41J def. of *intelligence agency* repealed by No. 55/2025 s. 88(b). S. 41J def. of *law enforcement officer* repealed by No. 55/2025 s. 88(b). ***like process*** has the same meaning as in section 42(1AA); S. 41J def. of *Nazi gesture* inserted by No. 27/2023 s. 6(1). ***Nazi gesture*** means— (a) a Nazi salute; or (b) any other gesture used by the Nazi Party; or (c) a gesture that so nearly resembles a gesture referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) that it is likely to be confused with or mistaken for that gesture; S. 41J def. of *Nazi Party* inserted by No. 27/2023 s. 6(1). ***Nazi Party*** means the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) and includes, but is not limited to, the following paramilitary arms— (a) the SA (Sturmabteilung); (b) the SS (Schutzstaffel); (c) the NSKK (National Socialist Motor Corps); (d) the NSFK (National Socialist Flyers Corps); S. 41J def. of *Nazi symbol* amended by Nos 27/2023 s. 6(2), 55/2025 s. 88(a). ***Nazi symbol*** means— (a) a Hakenkreuz, being a symbol of a cross with the arms bent at right angles in a clockwise direction; or (ab) any other symbol used by the Nazi Party; or (b) a symbol that so nearly resembles a symbol referred to in paragraph (a) or (ab) that it is likely to be confused with or mistaken for that symbol.
